1. Platform role

DeepTech Marketplace connects customers with engineering and technology providers. We provide the platform, communication tools, milestone flow, payments, and payout management.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate platform rules or create risk for other users.

3. Projects and milestones

Customers may create projects and milestones. Providers may apply, submit work, and request completion review. Payments may be released after milestone approval.

4. Payments and fees

Customers pay milestone amounts through the platform. Platform fees may be deducted from provider earnings before payout.

5. Payouts

Providers may request payouts from available balance. Payouts may require administrative review and valid payout details.

6. User content

Users are responsible for project descriptions, messages, files, attachments, and other uploaded content.

7. Prohibited use

Users may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, infringement, malware, or misleading information.

8. Liability

The platform is provided on an MVP basis. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or disputes between users beyond platform processes.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
